One-to-one guitar lessons

Lessons that give you a clear way forward.

Personal guidance for beginners, returning players and developing guitarists who want to understand the instrument and enjoy picking it up more often.

Built around you

No generic curriculum to keep up with.

Your first lesson is not lesson one of a fixed course. We start by looking at what you can already do, what feels difficult and what you want your playing to sound like.

That gives us a useful starting point. From there, I choose songs, technical work and ideas that suit your goals. If something is not working, we change it.

A typical week

You leave knowing what to work on and why.

Before

We review

We look at what happened since the last lesson, what improved and where you got stuck.

During

We work together

I explain, demonstrate and listen. You play, ask questions and get feedback while it is useful.

After

You have direction

You finish with clear practice priorities, useful exercises and a reason for each one.

Online does not mean impersonal

Learn from your own space.

Online lessons remove the travel and give us a consistent weekly space to work. You can use your own guitar, amplifier and pedals, which makes any advice immediately useful.

You will need a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. A laptop or tablet usually works well. We will sort out the details before your first lesson.

  • Lessons taught in English
  • Usually one hour, once a week
  • Electric guitar is the main focus
  • Acoustic and fingerstyle where it suits your goals
  • In-person around Barcelona by arrangement

What you need

A guitar. A way to hear yourself. A little time to practise.

You do not need expensive equipment or natural talent. You do need to be willing to practise, even if that is only twenty focused minutes on a busy day.

Not sure where you should start?

That is exactly what the discovery call is for. We will talk through your playing and decide whether these lessons are the right next step.
